The post holder will be professional, ambitious, with a high level of administrative experience and a passion for the property environment; a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. They will have an outgoing personality, be friendly and confident.

The Property Administrator will be capable and confident in using software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel at an intermediate level. Given the fast moving and ambitious nature of OneMedical Property, we are looking for agility, creativity and foresight, while maintaining confidence related to high-level systems and operational information.
- Assist in paper filing, calls handling and management of the division enquiries mailbox; perform administrative support, essential to the running of the Property office
- Support the Property team with undertaking diary management and booking in meetings
- Manage, coordinate and arrange travel and travel-related activities when required
- Take queries from Customers and Clients and provide advice and support within remit of role and scope of knowledge
- Help the property team in preparing for meetings including managing the collation of relevant papers, action log and agendas
- Open, sort and distribute correspondence appropriately
- Support with queries through digital channels, such as social media

**What we are looking for**
- Prior Administration experience
- Competent in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
- Organized and methodical
- Efficient, effective time management Excellent communicator (written and verbal) Good interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, with a “can-do” attitude
- Valid driving license and access to a personal car
