Role Summary**Purpose and Scope**

Ensuring that when MAPP are on and off boarding new sites and portfolios that there is a program in place which the FM/HSE/Procurement/Service Desk/Technical FM teams contribute to ensuring an orderly transition. Under taking quality checks of incoming documentation with the above teams.Similarly when MAPP is off boarding a site this role will lead on undertaking quality checks of MAPP and site documentation that will be required to transition out to the new owners. For both scenarios where appropriate visits the sites and lead on coordinating FM visits.Drive the overall standards for FM and site teams to maintain their sites “Ready for Sale” state. Producing guidance on expectations, undertaking reviews of system data and documentation. Undertaking spot audits on the sites where requiredSkills (People & Technical)Providing the highest level of service standards to clients, building and occupiersFully understanding MAPP’s contractual obligations for FM service deliveryWork with the FM Regional Directors and Heads of HSE/Procurement/FM/Security & GDPR where required.Working with Property Managers to understand the Client’s objectives and develop FM strategies for each buildingEnsure MAPP sites have Site Works Orders and details of expected service delivery with Service Partners documentedWith the Head of FM Ops plan any transition site audits and work on drafting expected resourcing requirements if any are neededEnsure Asset registers, supplier details and compliance data are gatheredFulfil the compliance and policy requirements in accordance with MAPP policies and procedures and the relevant legislative frameworkValues & Behaviour**Exhibition of MAPP Values**

A track record of FM in multi-let office buildings, shopping centres, retail & industrial parks.-
- Experience in investor-FM helpful.-
- Across buildings of different ages and sizes - has a strong understanding of systems, equipment, technology and landlord’s services is helpful-
- Experience of dealing with occupiers and what matters to them-
- A good working knowledge of H&S, environmental and statutory regulations-
- A good working knowledge of FM in hard and soft services-
- Reasonable knowledge of networks, building management technology, industry software, compliance platforms and PO/invoice approval systems-
- Demonstrably strong customer service skills-
- Proven experience in service charge budgeting and understanding of RICS Codes-
- Implementing processes and procedures and bringing teams
