A highly successful Fleet Management Solutions company has launching a brand-new technology which will identify whether customers (new and existing) are able to switch their fleets to Electric Vehicles. The Head of EV Transition will be responsible for spearheading this new division within the business with the added comfort of the backing of all the established teams (UK and International) across the business.

**Head of EV Transition - key details**
- The role will be a mixture of Sales, Account Management and Division direction
- Salary £55,000 - £65,000
- Commission and multiple company benefits
- Car allowance
- Location for this role can be anywhere in the UK
- Corporate organisation who has a strong name within the Fleet Management solutions sector

**Head of EV Transition - EV- Responsibilities**
- Establish the customers’ needs and requirements for EV Products
- Set sales and customer take-up objectives and targets for EV Product
- Own the commercial model and establish operating procedure for implementation of the product - in collaboration with internal teams
- Able to communicate at a Board level
- Define and manage the product update / launches
- Project manage deliverables associated with EV Product
- Create a process for selling the businesses EV solution, initially in the UK, but then extending to France, US, Germany, Spain and Italy
- Work with sales, account management and marketing teams to deliver against the EV Product objectives
- Selling to existing customers and new prospects to achieve agreed sales objectives
- Identify market opportunities and develop and implement new channel strategies, including partnership opportunities
