**What will I be doing?**
Due to recent successful growth, PCMS Engineering has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist / Office Administrator to support the Finance Admin team in various reception and office administration duties at their office in Rotherham.
Some of your daily tasks will include:
- Opening the office in a morning.
- Book overseas & UK travel / flights, hotels etc.
- Processing employee expenses.
- Management of Reception, greeting guest, answering phones.
- Preparing course documentation and set up of training room.
- Manage current Company Vehicles.
- Processing purchase ledgers invoices using Sage 50 Accounts.
- Checking sales invoices and posting to ledger.
- Raising customers quotations.
- Completing vendor questionnaires.
- Raising Purchase Orders.
