Office Administrator
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Utilize client system to update jobs for various clients
- Maintain and update office files, records, and databases
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
**Skills**:
- Proficient in clerical and administrative tasks
- Computer literate with knowledge of Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Organizational skills to maintain files, records, and databases effectively
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
