**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle billing enquiries, providing accurate information and resolving any discrepancies.
- Transfer calls to the appropriate team members within the wider team as necessary.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Deal with inbound queries from customers efficiently and effectively.
- Dealing with customer orders for additional equipment and services.
- Raise tickets for other departments to ensure swift resolution of customer issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer support or customer service role, experience within the telecommunications industry is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- A positive attitude and a team player mentality.
