**Customer Relations Advisor**

**£22,000 - £23,200 p/a**

All our products are installed UK wide through our Glow Green Uber style installers app, and our network of 2,000 live installers nationwide is growing by the day.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Relations Advisor to join our Customer Relations Team to be a part of our ongoing success.

**Responsibilities of Customer Relations Advisor**
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times;
- Answer inbound calls from customers and deal with their queries as quickly and efficiently as possible;
- Arrange boiler services on the behalf of our Engineers;
- Create customer tickets and refer to relevant departments;
- Call existing customers to obtain feedback regarding their Glow Green experience;
- General administration duties.

**The ideal Customer Relations Advisor**
- Have at least 1 years experience within a call centre environment;
- Be experienced with providing excellent customer service over the phone;
- Be able to communicate in a professional manner;
- Have a positive proactive attitude and take ownership;
- Great team player.
