- Taking pride in coordinating and serving delightful food and drinks to our guests in their rooms with warmth, professionalism and a helpful approach
- As well as Room Service offerings, you’ll also provide a picnic service for our guests to enjoy luxury dining across the estate or whilst they're enjoying one of our many country pursuits available within our Glorious Playground
- You’ll help create memorable moments through organising and setting up hotel amenities and third-party gifts for guests arriving into their room; there's lots of multitasking involved
- Playing a significant part in making sure our Room Service experience runs without a hitch, and our service is smooth for each and every guest
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us 5 star in every way

**The kind of person**we're looking for**:

- Ideally you have previous waiter and customer service experience, however having a great attitude is essential
- Your perspective and approach are always fresh; no matter how many times an issue has been presented to you, to your guest it’s the first time
