**Salary**:Up to £20,910 per annum plus benefits plus on-call payments**
Our client is a Registered Social Landlord across the UK and a leading provider of supported housing. They transform lives by providing accommodation and support for some of the most vulnerable members of society, mainly people with complex needs and peopleexperiencing homelessness. They provide General Needs housing and good quality social rented accommodation across the country
Our client provides accommodation for people to develop their personal talents and help them to access services and resources to gain employment and live independently. They work with residents to meet their 'whole' needs - physical, mental, moral and spiritual.
Currently, our client requires someone very exciting opportunity for an experienced **Housing Management Officer **to help provide holistic recovery-focused across their 3 sites in Exeter and Exmouth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide an efficient, responsive, and sensitive housing management service for new and existing clients.
- Overseeing repairs and maintenance to the buildings.
- Overseeing the management of client arrears.
- Overseeing health & safety and compliance
- Must be reliable, presentable, friendly, and willing to work as part of a team.
- Providing general administrative support to the Management team to include. financial transactions, invoicing, stock control and ordering supplies.
- Instinctively work in a manner that aligns fully with companies’ values, demonstrating energy and passion, along with a positive, can-do attitude in your daily contribution to transforming lives
- Have experience in a similar role or within administration with excellent organisational skills and IT skills
- Have knowledge of Health & Safety in the Workplace and GDPR regulation.
- Be a great communicator, building trusting and professional relationships.
- Be passionate about making a difference and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults, children, and young people.
- Be able to participate in their on-call rota.
