**Job Title: QHSE Manager**
**Salary: Competitive**
**Contract: Permanent, Full-Time**
**Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00 - 40 hours per week**
**Location: London (Home Based)**
**Your primary responsibilities will include**:
- Provide QHSE solutions on busy sites to include the London War Museum and Met Police among others.
- Monitoring and providing support advice and expertise to operational teams.
- Support and embed delivery of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality best practice across the business, ensuring compliance with current legislation and company standards.
- Embedding and supporting the maintenance of quality systems to retain certification to ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001.
- Accident/Incident investigations.
- Governance and monthly reporting.
- Supporting new contract mobilisations.
- Support the review and development of risk assessments and method statements.
- Support Internal Audit programme by completing site audits.
- Create, develop, and maintain associated documentation and reports.
- Support and interface with third parties and clients.
**About You**:
- A proven track record of working on a variety of different site.
- Hold the relevant H&S qualifications or working towards them.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Computer Literate - Confident using Microsoft Office, and Excel, as well as other project management tools.
- Highly organised with the ability to effectively manage and prioritise activities and workload meeting the demands of the business.
- The ability to communicate with people from different levels of the organisation.
- Comfortable in building effective working relationships across all levels with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good team player with the ability to build effective team relationships and promote an environment of trust and flexibility.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be self-motivated.
- Takes personal responsibility.
- To have a flexible and positive attitude to work.
