You'll be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, with a genuine interest in QHSE development and problem-solving.Key Requirements• Degree or HNC in a relevant discipline• IOSH / NEBOSH (or willingness to work towards certification)• Awareness of health, safety and environmental legislation• Experience in a QHSE, laboratory, or technical environment advantageous• Strong IT skills, particularly MS Office• Strong communication and documentation skills• Ability to analyse issues, identify root causes and support corrective actions• Willingness to complete Lead Auditor trainingAbout the OpportunityThis role supports the QHSE Manager in maintaining compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 accreditation standards, while driving a strong quality and safety culture across the site. You'll contribute to audits, incident investigations, system improvements, toolbox talks, and QHSE planning-making this an ideal role for someone looking to grow their QHSE career within a global organisation.Key Activities• Support continual improvement of the local management system• Administer the electronic QHSE system and maintain accurate records• Conduct and document internal audits• Assist with quality meetings, minutes and action tracking• Support proficiency testing coordination• Record, investigate and follow up on non-conformances and corrective actions• Assist in investigating accidents, incidents and near misses• Review new legislation and support compliance updates• Develop and issue toolbox talks• Maintain equipment records including PAT, maintenance and calibration• Support development and monitoring of annual QHSE plansWhat We Offer• Development opportunities in QHSE and auditing• A supportive, collaborative team culture• Exposure to accredited systems across a global assurance business• Commitment to training, including NEBOSH and Lead Auditor pathwaysWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer who does not discriminate against applicants.
