The PMO Team Lead will work with the Scrum Master delivery teams and other functions to ensure that stakeholder expectations are managed with high quality / accurate and timely reporting. The PMO will be able to support a variety of different activities includingscrum deliveries, larger client programmes, as well as central business operations activity.

**The Role**:
- Line management and development of a team of PMO analysts across multiple global locations
- Creating and ensuring that a framework of best practice and functional disciplines are adhered to
- Managing the monthly cadence for all PMO submissions
- Allocation and prioritization of work across the PMO team
- Checking and providing assurance of the work of the PMO team
- Providing analytical support & ownership of all ad hoc requests as required.
**The Requirements**:
- Highly experienced and knowledgeable of the PMO function. Strong PMO Analyst background essential
- Experienced in leading a PMO function, preferably within a software delivery environment
- People management experience is key
- Financial Services background
- Strong Communication, leadership & negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Comfortable owning discrete deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work on virtual teams
- Ability to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way
- Experience working with onshore and offshore teams.
