**Administrative Assistant Apprentice**

As an Administrative Assistant Apprentice, you will support office operations and administration services in the Westminster UK head office reporting to the Boeing International Enterprise Services Business Support Manager.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage and operate the reception desk for our visitors and employees.
- Manage meeting rooms and events, ensuring a high standard of hospitality for all site residents and visitors attending or hosting meetings and maintain the upkeep of the meeting areas.
Ensure general upkeep of the office and equipment

You will follow implementation of continuous improvement principles to ensure we have processes and standards in place that are visible and measurable:

- Implement and maintain desk-top process documentation.
- Work closely with the other Receptionists - Administrative Assistants and Business Support teams in other UK offices, including providing remote and/or on-site backup support.
- Coordinate events for internal and external visitors.
- Build positive customer relationships, ensuring quality service is provided, by aligning to the Boeing Values.
- Complete visitor screening process to support security requirements for the site.
- Deliver the Health and Safety Induction to Contractors and Visitors as required.
- Support the administration of the site Permit to Work System.
- Conduct & record office safety walks.
- Keep up to date the emergency contact information for the site and test the emergency scenarios.
- Office Consumable procurement and management.
**COURSE OUTLINE**:

- You will work closely with internal and external customers and partner with the various Functions and Service Groups/providers.
- The Shared Services Business Integration & Support team is a strong, diverse team leading mission-critical services with operational excellence and expertise.
- End Qualification: Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service Practitioner.
