**Location**:Didcot Quarter (near Milton Park), Abingdon

**Salary**: £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience, plus bonus

**Job Type**: Full time, Permanent (Monday to Friday)

**About the role**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing administrative and practical support to the management team and key business functions
- Accurate processing and maintenance of company and employee documents and records
- Supporting Directors and managers with Finance, HR and Compliance tasks and projects
- Planning and organising meetings including setting up IT, arranging hospitality and greeting visitors
- Recruitment support and administration including posting adverts and arranging interviews
- Supporting new colleagues in all areas of our business through their induction process

**Key Requirements**:

- To be successful in this role you will have administrative experience and be competent using MS Office.
- Confidentiality is vital as you will be processing sensitive and personal information.
- Experience of compliance or document control would be beneficial.
