Our unwavering commitment to exceptional craftsmanship, unparalleled attention to detail and customer service has earned us a prestigious reputation among discerning clients who value quality and perfection.

**Day to day responsibilities**
- Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
- Assessing customers shoes and leather goods to be repaired, and providing appropriate solutions
- Process transactions
- Processing repairs coming in and out of the Classic Shoe Repairs workshop using the in house system
- Quality checking the repairs of shoes and leather goods
- Dispatching customers and trade post orders in a timely manner

**About you**
- Be proactive and very highly organised
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication
- Always be approachable and willing to go the extra mile
- Be willing to roll your sleeves up
- Customer service experience in a customer facing environment
- Experience using Outlook would be amazing, but not essential

**Key skills, attributes and experience desired**:

- ‘Customer First’ attitude
- Warm, outgoing and friendly personality
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good computer skills (experience with Outlook preferred)
- Great prioritisation skills and ability to be proactive
- Strong team player
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, without close supervision

The role is to start ASAP

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
