**Job Overview**
You would be part of the Quality Management Team based in Felixstowe responsible for monitoring and managing AEO Compliance, System Data Quality, producing and analysing statistics, and managing the DMR process.

The team consists of Quality and Procedures Manager/Company Compliance Officer, Quality and Process Administrator and Quality Administrators.

**Duties**
- Perform monthly/yearly POC Review
- Perform annual customer Org review
- Perform annual supplier Org review
- Perform brokerage spot checks
- (and cover for team leaders when necessary)
- New customer account set up
- New supplier account set up
- New haulier supplier account set up and monitoring
- Analysis of system data as required
- Produce system data reports as required
- Complete customer quality questionnaires
- AEO internal audits
- Assist staff in correct ORG/POC/CAF completion
- Manage and monitor DMR and cover for DMR processors when required

All duties to be undertaken with reference to authorised economic operator (AEO) procedures and work instructions.

**Requirements**:
Essential
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail

Desirable
- Freight Forwarding/Logistics background - ideal
