Role**:Support Worker [Waking Night]**
Pay**:13.72 per hour**
Full time/Part time - permanent

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with medication administration as per support plans and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
- Implement behaviour management techniques to support clients with challenging behaviours.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in health or behaviour to the appropriate personnel.
- Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required, ensuring their comfort and safety during transport.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.

**Skills**:

- Experience in supported living environments is desirable.
- Strong understanding of needs of individuals with special support needs including mobility and personal care.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with individuals requiring support.
- Competence in medication administration and adherence to health regulations.
- A valid driving licence is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.72 per hour

Expected hours: 11 - 44 per week
