**Job Title: Residential Childcare Assistant**
**Salary: Up to £26,500.00 per annum, including annual sleep in allowance and dependant on experience plus welcome bonus of £200 - £300 and *another £200 - £300 once you pass your probation (minimum six months)**
**Location: Oak Farm, Telford**
**Hours: 40 hours per week - 2 days on, 4 days off shift pattern**

Oak Farm is a 3 bedded home based in a community setting in Shrewsbury. Oak Farm has a long history of maintaining a good rating with Ofsted and prides itself on the child centred approach aligned with the PACE parenting model. Oak Farm has helped to supportmany children in future journeys such as fostering after a period of stability and intense nurture. The home supports children between the ages of 7 and 17.
Acorn Education and Care, are recruiting Residential Childcare Assistant to join our team at Oak Farm within the Telford area. Our registered independent homes offer residential care for vulnerable children and young people with Social, Emotional and MentalHealth (SEMH) and Complex Needs.
**Contracts available - Full Time Days**

- Become the “go to” person for help, support and guidance with their everyday needs
- Willingness to learn not only about the people we support, but the ins and outs of Children’s Residential Care,by working towards a **funded qualification in Level 3 Diploma in Residentil Childcare **(if you do not currently hold this or equivalent)
