To enable us to deliver our objectives, we have an exciting and challenging opportunity in the HRSS Business Improvement team.

The Business Improvement Advisor is a key position in the delivery of change programmes within the department along with process development. This role has a strong emphasis on continuous improvement, looking for new and improved ways of providing quality service to our customers and the NHSBSA. Stakeholder management and engagement is a key element of this role, as is a problem-solving mindset.

This role can touch on all aspects of the departments service delivery and allows for an individual to positively influence improvements in all aspects of the business from the roll-out of new systems, to process review and redesign.
