- **The role**- **What will I be doing?**- You will be a key figure in the Student Investigation and Resolution Team, and will develop a good working knowledge of important University regulations.
- You will be responsible for responding to queries relating to complex, sensitive matters from students, staff and the public.
- You will develop and maintain efficient administrative process to serve the requirements of the Student Investigation and Resolution team.-

- **About the location**- Based at our **Headington campus**, you’ll experience the vibrant campus atmosphere and benefit from our modern office environment. The campus is one mile from the centre of Oxford and is served by regular public transport.- This role will be hybrid and there is a requirement to work a minimum of 1 day on campus per week, this will be on Thursday's, in addition, whilst training the expectation to be in the office may be more for a couple of weeks and beyond this there may be a requirement to be onsite as business needs require.-
