Are you ready to a support a team to change and improve services at Oxford Health Trust?
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrator within the Service Change and Delivery Team who lead operational change and improvement projects across the Trust. You will be instrumental in supporting the team who lead transformational change projects to deliver excellent patient care, while supporting our staff to work as effectively as possible. The post holder will provide administrative support to the Head of Service, Senior Management Team as well as programme and project managers.
The Service Change Manager will need to have effective communication skills to work across the system and facilitate progress with key stakeholders. Enthusiastic about improving patient care the role needs to have the ability to work flexibly across our services in community health, mental health and our corporate services.
We are looking for someone who has experience of leading service improvement and change, project management and delivery. You need to be positive and self-motivated as well as the ability to challenge and influence to bring others with you to enable effective and sustainable change. You will be expected to work closely with senior management teams operational and clinical as well as other Trust colleagues, external partners, patients and carers. You will be required to manage in a matrix structure to support the development and delivery of transformational projects, while putting patients at the heart of everything you do.
The role will be predominantly home working with occasional travel to support workshops / meetings
