£18,000 - £20,000
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm**

GIG Retail is a dynamic marketing agency based in Leeds. We help drive brand and retailer sales by creating, delivering and evaluating customer facing campaigns across a host of retail-focuses marketing and sales activity. As our **Insights Executive**you will be part of a friendly team working towards delivering the first-class service we’re known for.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting the insights team pulling data/reports from all relevant platforms
- Delivering reports to high standard and on deadlines
- Spotting data quality issues and fixing within deadlines
- Delivering outstanding client service, building relationships at junior levels within the account management team
- Following agreed processes to ensure efficient ways of working

**Performance Outputs**:

- Regular reports for the insights team
- Improved ROI on future plans based on data led recommendations
- Attend regular listening sessions to surface key learnings and feedback on new plans
- Role model GIG values - be authentic, brilliant, creative and driven

**Key Experiences**:

- Relevant industry experience, ideally within retail insights (min 1 year)
- Ability to interpret and manipulate data
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Resilience - coping well under extreme pressure, pace and ambiguity and learning with client contacts
- Robust - being able to process a large amount of different information to deliver a robust and insightful perspective
