**Role overview**

As an Insight Analyst you will gain a deep understanding of products and the way they interact with their customers, their data and business processes.

You will use this understanding to support the delivery of various types of implementation projects across various products and client base. You will also be supporting Delivery and Senior Delivery Management in building and maintaining client relationshipsfor the project duration. The Insight Analyst will be a key part of the delivery team and will operate cross functionally on project based teams composed of colleagues from Sales, Engineering, DevOps and Customer Management departments of the business.

In this role, you’ll get to:

- Support the Delivery Manager by being the expert on the client data and the inner workings and outputs of our products (SLA, accuracy, parameters, formatting, value).
- Leverage your knowledge of data and products to derive valuable insight for the client and demonstrate the value of our products.
- Work closely with the Sales team to support business development as a Insight solution / delivery execution SME.
- Work closely with the Engineering team to efficiently support the solution build, functionality definition, and testing.
- Work closely with the Client Management and Analyst teams to deliver actionable insights on time and in full as well as to transition smoothly from Delivery to BAU.

We are looking for people who:

- Strong technical skillset including advanced Excel, PowerPoint and SQL
- Strong communication skills, able to present effectively to both internal and external stakeholders
- 2+ years of experience in an analytical role
- Experience of using analytics and data to drive improvements/solutions/profits/efficiencies
- A data focused and logical problem solver that is excited about algorithms and is comfortable retrieving, analysing and presenting data in a clear way
- Exposure to Project Management Tools (Confluence, JIRA)
- Knowledge of retail operations and processes or previous experience working within a Retail or FMCG company
- R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Google Cloud Platform including Big Query, SSRS, SAS, SPSS
- Language skills (French, German, Spanish, Italian) - highly advantageous

**Location**: Leeds - Hybrid role 3 days at home with 2 in the office

**Salary**: up to £40k DOE
