The Senior Insight Executive (SIE) is critical to the success. They are experienced researchers, and client service people. They are confident across a range of research methodologies and able to pivot quickly around what the client needs.

Our Sense: lab team are best in class R&D researchers. A passion for products, innovation and how people experience them in their day to day lives is critical to success in this role.

The SIE is often the fulcrum of the team; between the Client and the actual research. They are in touch with clients daily, building relationships, and trust.

Simultaneously they are managing projects with the team internally to ensure their Client gets what’s needed when they need it. It’s fast paced, varied and hugely rewarding.

**Job Description**:

- Ensure the smooth running of projects, delegating to juniors, and coaching them
- Work with operations team to manage project logistics and ensure accurate and timely completion of fieldwork
- Take full ownership for project managing multiple projects, delegating to juniors where needed, and communicating clearly with Ops team
- Ensure timelines are kept, and end deliverables meet the brief
- Lead the Creation of questionnaires, discussion guides, analysis plans and other insight inputs
- Lead the creation of, accurate and impactful insight stories and proposals
- Begin to lead presentations, workshops, edit creation
- Accompany senior team members to client meetings, increasingly playing a lead role in the session
- Taking ownership of moderation, and data analysis travelling to clients or fieldwork unaccompanied
- Ensuring internal SOPs are followed
- Work with junior team to complete accurate costings of projects
- Consciously look and seek opportunities to meet KPIs to progress to my next desired level

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
