We are looking for someone who is capable in both qual and quant methodologies, who is passionate about coming up with ideas and running with them, and who is fascinated by people and how humans interact with the brands we all recognise & love

Essentials..

  • Market Research agency experience at Senior Research or Insight Executive level or higher
  • Experience delivering well-researched insight to clients about their consumers, demographics and audience
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative methods, with strong analytical ability and an eye for commercially relevant insights
  • Highly organised, comfortable juggling deadlines, project admin, financials and team coordination
  • A clear communicator, engaging and able to craft compelling proposals, analysis plans and outputs
  • Experience working cross-functionally across teams such as fieldwork, labs, science, etc
  • Demonstrate great organisational and time management skills
  • Flexible approach to research with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Self-motivated, driven and adaptable with the desire to learn new techniques, as well as enjoying being forward-facing and getting stuck in
