We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic team member to join us as an Ecommerce and Creative Assistant. This is the perfect opportunity for somebody eager to learn on the job, gaining hands-on experience in both eCommerce and Creative design. Our in-house experts will provide full training and mentorship, helping you develop skills in Shopify, content management, and graphic design. You’ll work across various platforms, supporting the team in boosting brand visibility, creating marketing materials, and driving online sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and curate engaging content for social media platforms and website.
- Assist with design and development of both digital and print based marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and other design tools.
- Support eCommerce operations, focusing on Shopify technology and online marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on eCommerce and design trends and best practices to ensure effective marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- No prior work experience required, but internships or part-time work, experience in e-commerce, creative/design, or marketing would be advantageous.
- Very good communication skills, both verbal and written and a willingness to learn.
- Good understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise time effectively.
- Eye for design and creativity, with a passion for learning to create visual content (graphics, product images, social media posts).
- Basic knowledge of online shopping platforms or a strong interest in learning how they work.
- Passion for fitness and sport is preferred.

Qualifications:

- GCSEs in English and Maths (grade 4/C or above) preferred.
- Basic ICT skills through GCSE or A-Level are advantageous.
- Digital or media qualifications are a bonus, not mandatory.
