**About the role**

On occasions the role will require you to be available out of normal office hours.

**Key Responsibilities.**
- Understand the drivers and growth opportunities within dropship, the market and the immediate road map
- Support with landing the dropship plan, communicate with existing and new suppliers to collate product information for launch and nominations for key events
- Conduct competitive research
- Work with other ecom teams to lock down space on site
- Support with reporting to track dropship sales and supplier KPI's
- Order management, tracking out of stocks, cancelled orders and late deliveries and hold suppliers to account on meeting SLAs.

**What you’ll need to have**
- Digital experience working in an eCommerce role or able to demonstrate an active interest in Commerce
- Stakeholder management - confident engaging with peers and third parties (e.g. product suppliers)
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Adaptable and flexible to changes
