**Proactive Personnel are recuriting for a Customer Sales Advisor for their prestigious client in Llay, Wrexham**

**Job Role**:

- Providing excellent Customer Service and account management for commercial clients
- Upselling products and services
- Answering questions in confidence regarding the products being sold
- To deliver a professional and consistent level of customer service
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload
- Identify opportunities, produce leads, and book appointments for the sales teams while developing high quality leads.

**Our client is offering**:

- £21,000 - £22,000 per annum (with an increase to £23,000 when fully trained)
- Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5:30PM
- Permanent role
- 20 holidays (plus bank holidays)
- To show proof of previous experience in a commercial customer service or sales role
- To hold a valid driving licence
- To be confident in liasing with internal and exteral customers
- A strong telephone manner
