**Customer Service / Sales Advisor - Full Time**

**37.5 Hours (Monday to Friday)**

Do you have a passion for sales and enjoy building business relationships? Are you looking for a new Customer Service Advisor role where you can develop yourself and really help a business to grow? Spire Yale Hospital has an exciting opportunity for you. This role will be based in Wrexham.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- You will work together with the Private Patient Sales Advisor Team.
- Use the CRM (contact management) system fully and correctly - ensure all enquiries, including paper enquiries are inputted onto the CRM system; maintaining accurate patient records and sales activity to robustly manage, convert enquiry leads and opportunity for conversion
- Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and record data for patients in a timely manner.
- Ensure the accurate and timely pricing of procedures for patients ensuring excellent customer service.
- To actively work with other departments to ensure patient journey issues are addressed, patient queries are resolved and opportunity for conversion is maximised
- Effectively sell against competitor hospital by understanding Spire Healthcare USP's and reinforce the USP's
- Support consultants and other hospital staff in face to face discussions on patient pricing queries ensuring patient questions are addressed
- Undertake all work in accordance with company and hospital policies and procedures
- Will be required to cover holidays and also provide support / cover across our insured department
- To assist with any other reasonable duties required by your line manager.

- Experience in a customer service or sales administration role, handling a large number of customer enquiries and meeting sales targets
- Effective IT and numeracy skills.
- Adept at handling various calls on a daily basis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Analytical approach, able to ascertain fact, problem solve and seek answers to queries for the customer.
