**About the Agency**
Due to the continuing success of our growing Agency, we are recruiting for a full time Customer Service Advisor. As a member of our friendly and welcoming team, you’ll action calls from our customers, take part in sales activity and provide administrative support.

You’ll play a key role in the success of an expanding local business, providing an exceptional service to both our existing customer base and our new customers with a ‘can-do’ proactive enthusiasm. Ideally you will have experience of working in a customer service role in either insurance or financial services. An excellent telephone manner, superb attention to detail and a flexible, people-orientated approach to everything you do is essential. Above all though, you’ll relish the challenge of being part of a truly customer-focused, ambitious team.

In return, you can expect full training in a friendly and supportive environment. You must have a minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent qualifications) at Grade C/5 including Maths and English. Many of our customers are farmers therefore knowledge of the agriculture sector is an advantage.
