**What You Need to Know**
Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you would be working as part of a key team within the business. Communication is key as is accuracy and the ability to work on several things at once. This is a busy, challenging role and a great opportunity to get involved in a growing, fast paced business.
**What We Are Looking For**
The HR Administrator provides support to all members of the HR team globally as required, ensuring high standards of customer service at all times with a focus on accuracy and timely execution.
Some of the Key Responsibilities:
- General HR administrative duties including issuing letters, preparing mail merge communications; recruitment administration including arranging interviews and preparing contractual documentation
- Assisting with payroll processing
- Taking ownership of the new start and onboarding administrative processes including; managers checklists, following up on completion of probation periods, pre-employment screening and employers references being returned
- Being the first point of contact for general HR queries received via the HR inbox
- Ensuring HR database is maintaned and updated in line with any change requests received
- Attending meetings and taking minutes as required
**Skills & Experience**
Essential
- Previous experience of using Microsoft 365 packages - Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
- Excellent IT skills
- Good planning and organisational skills, the ability to prioritise workload and manage conflicting demands
- Ability to deal with personal and confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred
- Previous experience of working in a fast-paced office environment
- Microsoft Dynamics AX12 familiarity
- Experience of working in an HR Administration role
