**About the Role**:
As a Junior Administrator you will be the first point of contact for client and visitors, you must have strong time management and organisational skills alongside excellent relationship management. This is a varied role and will be suited to someone who has a hands-on approach and enjoys working in a fast-paced evolving environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Address visitor and client inquiries, providing general information or redirecting them as appropriate.
- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate personnel or department, taking messages when necessary, and ensuring phones are staffed at all times throughout office hours.
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages; prepare outgoing mail as needed.
- Assisting with various clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies, including tracking inventory and ordering as needed.
- Address visitor and client inquiries, providing general information or redirecting them as appropriate.
**Key Requirements**:
- Entry level role
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident communicator with personnel at all levels within the business, both written and verbal.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Excellent time management skills - handling multiple and varied deadlines concurrently.
- Organised, proactive, reliable and self-motivated.
- Positive attitude towards process changes as well as IT
