Our client, a well-established insolvency practice in Cardiff, is currently on the lookout for a Senior Insolvency Administrator. This role is an exceptional opportunity to join a close-knit team where your experience and skills will play a crucial part in driving the success of the practice.Responsibilities: Managing a diverse portfolio of insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, administrations, and bankruptcies. Overseeing case progression from initial appointment to closure, ensuring compliance with all statutory obligations. Liaising with stakeholders, including creditors, debtors, and solicitors, to provide regular updates and manage expectations. Mentoring and providing support to junior team members, fostering a culture of professional development. Assisting in the development of internal processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality. Requirements: Proven experience as an Insolvency Administrator, ideally at a senior level. A solid understanding of insolvency legislation and procedures. Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities. Team-oriented with a commitment to professional growth and development. Experience in a small or medium-sized practice would be advantageous.
