Insolvency Administrator

Ambition are working with a nationwide **Top 20 accountancy firm** who are actively recruiting for an Administrator to join their Cardiff office. This is an opportunity for you to join a well-established team that goes the extra mile to developtheir employee's skill sets.
Working within a friendly and motivated team, you will be responsible for administering cases from cradle to grave.
**Responsibilities**:
- Take responsibility on all types of insolvency cases, both personal and corporate.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Carrying out investigations and preparing Statutory Reports.
Insolvency is a perfect mix between accounting and law which keeps the role interesting. At one point you can be conducting the investigations into a directors' conduct relating to previous transactions or wrongful trading. Another time you can be calculatingand distributing available funds to creditors of a distressed company after realising assets within the estate.
Having a good level of numerical ability is highly advantageous but you also need to have thick skin and have great communication skills as well as the ability to empathise with others.
Long term this career can lead to becoming a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner or a Chartered Accountant
