Legal & General Investment Management are currently looking for a **Digital Communications Executive** to support on a project piece of work relating to the transfer of customers to a new provider.

In this role, you will be supporting the marketing communications workstream of the personal investing business. Key duties will include:

- Managing and assisting on various projects as required.
- Defining and documenting digital assets and key journeys.
- Settling project-based tasks into Marketing or Digital BAU as required.
- Developing workflows and processes as required.
- Attending and documenting actions, risks etc at weekly meetings with project team/ working group.
- Repurposing copy for digital mediums as required.
- Ensuring data management and data integrity for communications activities and for reporting activity.
- Liaising with 3rd parties if required.
- At least **1-2 years’ experience within Digital Communications** will be required.
- **End-to-end social media experience**is essential - to include, not just posting but also user journey testing, analysing campaign data, documenting processes, etc.
- **Flexibility** is a must - there will be lots of ad hoc requests involved.
- A **self-starter** with good communication skills.
- You’ll be good at **documenting existing and new processes** as part of the transformation process.
- Have a good general **awareness of the breadth of digital marketing tools and techniques** available in the market.
- Good level of **awareness of the regulation and legislation** governing websites and digital communications.

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Full-time
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £250.00-£350.00 per day
