Job Description:

Job Summary

Sitting within Epiq's Class Action team, the Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the planning, execution, and optimisation of media campaigns promoting and raising awareness of a range of legal cases in the UK, EU and further afield. This role involves taking a data-centric approach to managing digital channels, analysing performance metrics, and reporting.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Support the digital marketing team's initiatives with the planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns.

  • Manage digital channels including email, paid social media, and paid advertising.

  • Conduct SEO and SEM efforts to improve search visibility and traffic.

  • The creation of all digital content including copy, graphics, videos, and audio.

  • Track, analyse, and report on digital marketing performance and KPIs.

  • Tracking costs against budgets and managing invoices.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Essential training: Figma, Google analytics, and Meta business suite.
  • Preferred training: Power BI, Windsor Ai, and Semrush.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to work remotely and perform tasks that may require sitting, standing, and using office equipment.
