This international Consulting team helps businesses get more value from their Marketo Engage marketing automation tool. The projects range from building out strategy to providing operational support and training. They lead implementation projects, execute campaigns or help teams focus on how to utilise Marketo Engage to hit their marketing goals.

So what will you do - here is a list of what you'll be doing. Some of which you'll already do, hopefully on the Systems, Data, and Analytics side, some of which you'll gain access to, giving you a futureproof, and incredibly valuable skillset
Systems and Data & Analytics
● Set up and configure new marketing systems and processes - Marketo / CRM / Analytics
● Work with the head of marketing to establish the marketing plan from a performance, data, and analytics perspective.
● You'll play a key role in delivering a marketing plan through better system utlisation
● Manage data in Marketo and Salesforce, ensuring processes are working correctly and data quality is consistently high.
● Website content management
● Use advanced Google Analytics and Data Studio skills to ensure weekly reports are created to monitor traffic to, and conversion on the website, including sources, conversions, campaign attribution, and page visits. Make recommendations to improve page performance and site conversions to increase lead generation.
Projects & Outreach
● You will coordinate online and offline campaign activity that will support customer acquisition and retention strategies.
● You will support the Head of Marketing with the management of the website, social media, email, and digital marketing campaigns, in terms of planning, execution, monitoring, and analysis.
● Email campaign management
● Project manage email marketing campaigns in Marketo, including execution and analysis.
● Work with the Head of Marketing to plan, test, and optimise to achieve maximum ROI.
● Paid search and social
● Work with the Head of Marketing and external consultant/agency to deliver Google ads,
● LinkedIn and Facebook campaigns.
● Report monthly on the effectiveness and ROI. Ensure external agency maximises its output.
● SEO
● Work with the Head of Marketing and external consultant/agency to fully optimise website and blog content for search engines.
● Provide the agency with guidance on keyword strategy.
● Responsible for ensuring JTF's website is regularly updated with engaging and accurate content.
● Suggest areas for improvement, looking at web analytics, CRO best practice and competitor insights.
Website reporting and optimisation
● Content creation and dissemination
● Responsible for executing the content plan, including coordinating the production of case
● studies, ebooks, videos, and blog posts. Management of our webinar plan. Managing social media calendar, and finding ways to build audience and brand engagement.
● Events
● Project manage events such as training days and partner events.
The ideal candidate
We're looking for a tech-savvy digital marketing specialist, someone who is not afraid to work with systems and data. This role is suitable for someone that wants to get deeper into martech.
Of course, we're looking for a broad marketing exec, but someone who feels comfortable with campaigns and outreach where everything centres around the marketing tech stack
Here is the experience, we'd be keen to see in your profile - not all, just some
● A marketing/ business degree or equivalent CIM qualification with at least 3 years of experience working in a B2B marketing environment.
● Higher or A Level qualifications in marketing /business and a minimum of approx 3 years experience working in a digital marketing environment.
● At least 12 months working with data, systems, and analytics
Professional skills/experience
● At least three years of experience working in marketing
● In-depth knowledge and working experience in digital marketing, including PPC, SEO,
● social media and web management.
● At least two years of experience working with marketing automation platforms, such as Hubspot, Marketo, and Pardot - Marketo would be ideal.
● Experience managing paid search and social campaigns in Google Adwords,
● LinkedIn and Facebook.
● Competent user of Google Analytics and Data Studio - ability to set up reports and page goals.
● Agency management experience.
● Proven experience in CRM database management, Salesforce would be ideal.
● Ability and experience manipulating data in Excel and CRM systems.
● Proven project management skills.
● Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite, in particular, InDesign would be an advantage.
