Recently acquired by McArthur Agriculture, BDC Systems was established in 1994. Since then, the company has developed into a market leading provider of grain handling and storage solutions. Offering, “The Ultimate in Grain Care”, BDC Systems is based in Wiltshire and represented in the UK by a nationwide team of Sales Engineers providing local service to customers of all sizes.

We aspire to be recognised as the number one for the development, construction and maintenance of combinable crop storage and processing systems in the agricultural industry.

Essential to our continued success, is the appointment of an Administrator for the business. The role will be based at our office in Burbage, near Marlborough, Wiltshire.

**Position Summary**

The Administrator role will support all aspects of general administration duties within the business. This role is based over 5 days per week for continuity, however, there can be a degree of flexibility with regard to hours per day.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Entering sales and purchase orders to the ERP, and checking acknowledgements for accuracy
- Entering purchase invoices to the ERP
- Supporting office based and remote based staff as required to provide a high standard of customer service
- Providing cover for the Logistics Coordinator as required
- Other general office administration tasks as required

**Experience**

The Administrator requires the post holder to be diligent and flexible, also they should:

- Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Be professional, polite and have a friendly telephone manner
- Have a questioning attitude and a process improvement mindset
- Have good interpersonal skills, and the ability to get on with customers, suppliers, and all other staff members in the organisation
- Hold previous administrative experience, using a variety of systems and packages

It is desirable for the post holder to have finance experience, to understand the impact of decisions and actions

The rate of pay is £12.00-£15.00 per hour depending on skills and capabilities.
