**Salary**: £20,000 - £22,500 dependant on
experience and qualifications, plus Bonus

Role Description:
We currently have a vacancy available for a full time
Administrator to join our friendly and enthusiastic team in
Marlborough.

with queries from clients and product providers relating to
pensions, investments, and protection.

The role involves all aspects of office administration to
ensure a first-class service is provided to internal and
external parties.

Full training will be given.

Specific Responsibilities:
The key duties of the role are:

Acting as a point of contact for our clients to deal with

day-to-day queries

Taking phone calls, enquiries and requests and

handling them where appropriate

Processing of inbound and outbound post

Liaising with product providers to ensure information

requests and policy changes are processed in an
accurate and timely manner

Preparation of client review packs

Back-office support

Ensure that all administration is carried out in

accordance with the Firm’s procedures

Maintain client records on the company software and

ensure are well presented, accurate and compliant

Keep up to date with financial products and legislation

Comply with all company and industry guidelines, rules

and regulations

Key requirements are:

Previous experience working in a Financial Planning

firm is advantageous

The role requires a reliable individual who has the

ability to manage and prioritise workloads

Role holders will be motivated, friendly and

professional at all times

A team player with a positive attitude

Ability to produce business correspondence, proof
- read for grammar, spelling and punctuation with a
high degree of accuracy

Good working knowledge of Intelligent Office and

Platform experience advantageous.

Excellent communication skills at all levels

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Flexibility / adaptability to cope with change

Confident with IT and office software

packages (Word, Excel, Teams etc)
