**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling meetings for members of the team with prospective clients and handling correspondence.
- Send invoices and quotations using company-provided software.
- Collaborate with office members to communicate client schedules and ensure seamless communication between clients and the business.
- Handle general office administration tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Work well in a team as there can be upwards of four people in the office at a time
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Strong **independence** and ability to take initiative in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional **communication skills** (verbal and written) with a professional demeanor.
- Strong **social skills** to build and maintain positive client relationships, to deescalate situations of stress and provide clarity to clients about their queries
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking, can speak confidently on the phone to clients

Pay: £22,880.00-£27,000.00 per year
