Facilities Administrator – OverviewRobert Kime Limited is hiring a Facilities Administrator to manage the smooth, efficient, and compliant operation of all offices, site facilities, and retail premises. The role involves maintaining a safe and well‑organised working environment while overseeing building maintenance, office services, and adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations. This is a full‑time role with working hours 0900‑1700, Monday to Friday at our Marlborough Head Office, with travel to nearby offices, site facilities and retail premises when necessary.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day‑to‑day facilities operationsManage and coordinate service contractsConduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety and building regulationsManage building maintenance, repairs and refurbishment projectsLiaise with landlords, suppliers and contractors to ensure timely service deliveryMonitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost effectivenessMaintain records of compliance, including fire safety, health & safety and building regulationsCoordinate with HR to ensure all health & safety training is relevant and up to dateConduct risk assessments and provide trainingProvide administrative support, including reporting, record keeping and correspondenceQualifications & ExperienceProven experience in facilities management and administrative supportStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProven problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office and related administrative toolsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectivelyHigh attention to detail with a proactive, solution‑oriented approachKnowledge of UK health, safety and fire regulations, as well as facility compliance standardsExperience managing budgets, service contracts and supplier relationshipsContactInterested candidates – please email your CV and Cover Letter to Emma Devenish, Business Operations Manager: emma.devenish@robertkime.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
