**Purpose of the role**

We are looking for an experienced individual to provide administrative support within a fast-paced, dynamic and growing audit team of 90 people.

**Key responsibilities**
- Bank/Investment manager letter requests - monitoring and chasing, saving confirmations once received to appropriate files.
- KYC - including direct contact with new client contacts Engagement letters.
- Retain maintenance - holidays, roll forward of jobs, training, resource management guided by managers.
- Manager/partner diary management.
- Meeting room co-ordination for client meetings and internal training.
- Managing audit logistics - booking hotels, train tickets etc.
- Roll forward of planning and findings reports.
- Word accounts roll forwards.
- Drafting proposal documents guided by partner/manager.
- Minutes of meetings with clients (will need to have professional related background - audit/accounts background ideal).
- PA to partners where required.
- Sending bills out.
- Audit/accounts completion admin.

**Skillset**
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel.
- Resource management tools.
- Teams and e-conferencing.
- Interpersonal/communication skills.
- Organisational skills.
- Teamworking - to be able to take ownership and work well within a team.

**Person specification**
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and guidance.
- Efficient organisational skills, with a very high degree of accuracy and an ability to prioritise workload.
- Demonstrate flexibility and resilience.
- Exercise confidentiality, discretion and personal sensitivity in all aspects of the role.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
- Minute taking/shorthand.
- Advanced knowledge of relevant databases and systems.
