Our client, a UK's market leading service sector organisation are looking for an Internal Audit Manager to perform a programme of audit reviewed contained in the annual Audit Plan which is reviewed and approved by the Risk Committee.

Robert Walters - Internal Audit Manager - Permanent - West Midlands (hybrid working)

Key Responsibilities of the Internal Audit Manager
- Support the corporate governance requirements of the Company
- Provide value added pragmatic solutions to improve processes and controls
- Promote Internal Audit as a centre of excellence for best practice risk and controls advice, and provide necessary support to stakeholders across the business
- Provide assurance, highlighting any weaknesses in processes, procedures and controls, identify opportunities and make recommendations for improvement to the Board and the Management Team
- Constructively challenge senior managers and directors on risk and control issues

Key essentials of the Internal Audit Manager
- A Qualified Financial professional (ACA,ACCA,CIMA)
- Influencer at all levels and the drive to 'make a difference'
- Team player who can quickly integrate with the other members of staff
