We are looking for staff to join us for the upcoming Easter and summer peak seasons. These contracts will be part time and flexibility will be needed as shifts will include weekends and bank holidays. **What you need** - You'll have loads of experience working in a customer facing environment - Friendly and hardworking with a "can do" demeanour - Excellent communicator who loves to get along with people of all ages - Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality - Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills - To be available to work weekends and bank holidays Working here feels pretty unique and our Guest Experience Assistants are a vital ingredient in the overall experience. Therefore, we’re looking for people who strive for the best, are guest focused, and radiate passion and enthusiasm. In these varied roles you may be the first point of contact for our guests, offering a warm welcome, whether selling a memento of our guests amazing experience or supporting them to stock up on LEGO related goodies, answering any questions guests may have and acting as a sales representative. You could also be working in our 4D cinema or even LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Café, helping guests take a break from building You’ll go out of your way to ensure our guests have a fun, educational and exciting visit.
