**About the Role (Brief Overview)**:
- A new opportunity has arisen within the HR Team and we are keen to recruit an Apprentice to join our Team. You will be trained to the highest standard and work as part of the professional team. Responsible for first line response to all phone queries for the department. You will assist the wider team helping with the recruitment of new employees, recording and analysing data on spreadsheets, preparing and printing letters and booking relevant meeting rooms.**And Day to Day?. Your role will be**:
- To provide administration support for all HR matters to a high-quality standard and within the agreed timescales.
- To take first line response to all phone queries and manage the HR Inbox to provide basic advice where appropriate.
- To process letters, forms, and reports in a timely manner.
- To support all managers with basic queries on policies and processes.
- To support the human resource team with the whole employee life cycle from joining the organisation to leaving.
- Identify and prioritise own workload to ensure that objectives are met
- Input and maintenance of data to all HR systems
- To support the team with reviewing current processes and implementing ideas to improve our human resource function
- To attend meetings as note taker as required and to type up any meeting notes as required.
- Ensure that HR information on the HR Cascade system is up to date and accurate.
- To provide administrative support for the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Ensure all internal HR processes and procedures are adhered to.
- Undertake any other duties necessary for the operation of the department consistent with the nature of the post
