We are offering a fantastic opportunity to join our team as an Apprentice People Administrator and be a part of the People Services department.

Duties will include;
- Providing support to a team who deliver a high quality, customer focused and accurate recuitment & onboarding service across the organisation from start to end of employment
- Achieve/exceed your personal targets therefore contributing to the overall Anchor business performance.
- Supported by your line manager, driving your own personal development within Anchor and in doing so make Anchor a 'Great Place to Work', therefore contributing to Anchor being an 'Employer of Choice'.
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience by embracing Anchor's values and behaviours.
- An effective team player, you will identify opportunities and support colleagues throughout the department ensuring processes are handled effectively and efficiently.

Skills Required:

- Effective and accurate written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- No previous experience is required as full training will be provided but GCSE's at grade A-C in English and Maths would be an advantage.
