**Responsibilities**:

- Identify key touch points in a customer's interaction with brand, products and services, which may help to identify triggers for churn and drop offs.
- Undertake regular, relevant, and data analysis, customer profiling and opportunity scoping analysis, developing dashboards and reports, interpreting results, presenting key findings back to the business
- Generate actionable insight to aid the business to drive product cross sell and increase engagement throughout the customer life cycle, selling in recommendations for change with key stakeholder groups
- Use predictive modelling and segmentation techniques to develop targeting strategy
- Ensure the right customers are targeted with the right message at the most appropriate time
- Work In partnership with Insight colleagues to ensure we deploy a holistic approach to life cycle communications

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar analytical / marketing analyst role. Ability to demonstrate data insights into a CRM and/or Retention strategy
- Must have experience working with large, complex, and diverse datasets
- Advanced SQL; Hands-on experience of writing complex queries in SQL (e.g. PL/SQL, MS SQL Server, Snowflake)
- Experience with one of R, Python or SPSS for statistical analysis, ML techniques (e.g. predictive modelling or clustering
