**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Beneficiary Relations**: Assist in responding to beneficiary inquiries and concerns. Coordinate beneficiary move-ins and move-outs, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- **Maintenance Coordination**: Schedule and track property maintenance and repairs. Liaise with our repairs and maintenance teams, contractors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- **Financial Administration**: Assist with rent collection, processing invoices, and maintaining financial records. Support the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all properties comply with relevant health and safety regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of housing legislation and best practices.
- **General Support**: Provide general administrative support to the Property Manager as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience using SME.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to supporting veterans and understanding their unique needs.

Pay: From £22,500.00 per year
