Part-time Property Assistant

Marchside Property are looking to add to their expanding team due to continued growth. We are seeking a part-time Property Assistant to help support the property management team and ensure continued high standards within the company.
**Key Role Responsibilities**:
- General office administration.
- Calendar management.
- Manage property files.
- Compile and create inventory reports.
- Managing key logs.
- Property viewings.
- Arrange and carry out routine mid-tenancy inspections.
- Create window display cards.
**Key Skills**:
- Presentable, well-mannered and professional.
- A strong team player.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated with a good work ethic.
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong working knowledge of MS packages including outlook.
- Ability to work to deadlines and support a variety of individuals.
- Confidence dealing with incoming calls and visitors.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Organised and punctual.
- Willingness and ability to learn new tasks.

The salary is negotiable, depending on experience. Provisionally £23,000 - £25,000 on a pro rata basis, depending on the hours worked.
