**Role purpose**:
CRM Executive will play a lead role in shaping the CRM Strategy for Places Leisure. The role has a broad remit and is responsible for ensuring Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud Systems fully support the Places Leisure organisation to provide an efficient and effortless customer marketing and communications experience.
Driving the development of our CRM platforms, the CRM Manager will ensure customer communications are industry leading, suitable to our target markets and drive engagement levels across all channels. It is critical that we unleash the outstanding functionality of the Salesforce platform and this role provides an exciting opportunity to help further build our organisational marketing capabilities.
The CRM Manager will use analytical tools to pull regular CRM and database insights and reporting together - driving informed and insightful conversations within the marketing and commercial teams.
Project management experience is essential as the role must drive collaboration between Places Leisure and wider Places for People Salesforce and Marketing teams, leading transformational data integration projects for Places Leisure membership data into the Salesforce environment.
**Skills, Knowledge and experience**:
Must have:
Substantial and proven experience, knowledge and understanding of Customer Relationship Management including:
- Technically astute with experience of the Salesforce CRM suite, including Salescloud and Marketing Cloud specifically.
- Experienced in supporting marketing campaign activity with sound understanding of data capture, lead generation, and retention strategies.
Ability to work with and interpret large volumes of data from various sources to drive insight and understanding of our customers.
Ability to articulate through reports, presentations, and capture business process requirements. Demonstrable experience working across multi-functional teams.
Ability to work with key stakeholders to identify system improvements. Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to design, develop, and successfully implement solutions.
**This is a hyrbid role based from our Waters Edge Office (Surrey), you will need to be within commutable distance from this role.**
